The Career Activation Foundry, city by city

CAF 1.0 — LCCI Conference Centre

150 participants and six highly respected dignitaries at the foundry's debut — experience-driven, and a lot of fun.

CAF 2.0 — University of Ibadan

150 participants and five dignitaries as the foundry took to the road for the first time.

CAF 3.0

130 participants and six dignitaries returned the foundry to its home city.

CAF 4.0

Over 200 participants with five seasoned speakers and mentors from across the country.

CAF 5.0 — twin editions

Simultaneous foundries at Crestfield College of Education, Erin-Osun and FOMWAN National Headquarters, Abuja — 200 participants each.

Direct Mentorship Scheme

A landmark mentoring cycle: 300 mentees matched with seasoned Muslim professionals and guided through the six-month programme.

CAF 7.0

100 participants as the foundry returned in full force, building employability and career-growth skills.

CAF 8.0

150 participants closed out the year with another edition of the flagship conference.

CAF 9.0 — University of Lagos

150 participants for Navigating Career Paths in a Dynamic Economic Landscape, hosted at the Islamic Centre Hall, UNILAG.

Minaret Talent Academy secured

A landmark for the initiative: our own dedicated training school at Tobun Street, Yaba — giving masterclasses, mentoring and incubation a permanent home.

Direct Mentorship Scheme

250 mentees mentored in the latest cycle — career paths clarified, opportunities opened, confidence built.

Career & Business Growth Program 1.0

40 young professionals and entrepreneurs trained at the academy — decision frameworks, financial discipline and career strategy, delivered by seasoned faculty.

Beyond the foundry

Opportunities delivered

Over 100 internship placements secured for ND holders and undergraduates; more than 200 opportunities shared from within the network; thirty Muslim youths on full software-development scholarships.
